It was a footie pajama sort of evening

Ahhh, fall is here. Time to pull out the cozy jammies. A month or so ago we had the foresight to pick up 3 new pairs of footie pajamas on a trip to Costco. Two 3Ts - monsters and dinosaurs - and one 5T (the biggest size they had mind you) - bunnies. Jill wore her footies the very first night, even though it was still 75 degrees outside, and in the morning complained that her feet were really hurting. I guess that is what happens when you try to shove a size 13 foot into a size 5T footie pajama! Fast forward to a few nights ago - Jill insists on wearing the footies again. Needless to say, her feet felt fine the next morning. :)

That is hilarious. My mom used to cut the feet off our pj's when we were little because we still wanted to wear them too! It is so stormy out that all i want to do is wear my pj's and watch movies.

Molly- I might need you to give me a lesson on adapting footie pjs! Clara is a size 12...tall girls with big feet :) Love to see the pictures of your kids-they are adorable!!

Jamie, that is exactly what I was thinking! I love that story! But I do love the pjs too.

We've always known she will be a tall girl, with the feet needed for a firm understanding. I guess you just adapt to a constantly changing foot size one way or another. Also nice to know that Nate knows the names of all his body parts, not just eyes, nose, etc. Love, G/ma Sous
