It's going about as expected. She has yet to go in the potty at school and has unfortunately had an accident every day at nap time and right when we get home BUT yesterday evening I moved the portable potty out to the living room and she actually went! This wasn't just a little trickle either, it was a full potty. (Probably more information than you need, but this is considered big news around the Sousley household!) Tonight she didn't go, but she spent a lot of time sitting on the potty and reading books. I think the effort she was putting in was due to the fact that I kept telling her that the "Potty Fairy" had left a toy for her, but that I had strict instructions only to give it to her if she went on the potty. Good tactic or bad? I'm just not sure anymore. I'm willing to try anything at this point. I did give her 5 m&m's for trying so hard. Hopefully it will be warm enough this weekend that we'll just be able to send her out the backyard without anything on and let her go when she wants. I hear that this is one of the best ways to train little ones to understand and recognize the sensation. We'll see!

What beautiful babies! Yes, they are starting to look different, but boy! you can tell they are brother & sister.
Also, I'm a big believer in bribery. Whatever works to get one potty trained is a-ok. Sounds like she is beginning to get the idea, it won't be long now.
Good luck with the hair (you can't have gray hair yet???) and have a beautiful weekend. XO, g'ma Sous
Okay, I love hearing potty training stories...especially now that I am out of that stage for good. Love the potty fairy thing. So cute. We would give Mike & Ikes to Pip when she went potty on the toilet.
She will have fun being nakey outside this weekend. My kids always loved that!
One of my friends used bubbles to potty train her son. She didn't want to keep giving him candy, so everytime he used the potty she got him all excited about blowing bubbles for a few minutes and it worked!
What a great smile!! So cute!!
