I know, I've been horrible about blogging lately! I have SO many cute new pictures to post and stories to tell - I'm overwhelmed. Right now I am at work, procrastinating. The mood is pretty somber here given the current state of our company. People have actually been leaving work early because they have nothing to do (!). In my almost 11 years here, I have never seen anything like this. That being said, I am SO thankful for the friends I have at work. They make it tolerable to be here right now. And my boss (who is a good friend as well!) is the best. I work part-time and have so much flexibility, thanks to her. No complaining for this girl!
Jillian is in the non-stop talking phase right now. I remember this stage so clearly with my niece, Julia. It's fun and exhausting at the same time. Currently she talks non-stop about Dora and Diego and makes up the cutest songs (always accompanied by clapping). She wants to do everything herself and is getting quite good at putting on her own socks, shoes and pants! Still no interest in potty training, but we're hoping that will come soon.
Must go try to get some work done now. I really will try to post some pictures sometime this week!
