I can't believe how big our little guy is getting (Is it just me or does Nathan's hair look red in this picture???). He'll be four months in just about a week! It's so fun to see him grow and change, but with each passing day I feel the sadness creeping in. How am I ever going to leave him at day care? I know from experience that the first few weeks are the hardest. He'll be adjusting and we'll be adjusting. Then we'll all settle in to a routine and it will be ok. On the bright side, here are some things I'm looking forward to:
- The look on Jillian's face when she realizes that her little brother is going to be spending every day with her
- Picking both Jillian and Nathan up at the end of each day
- Watching Nathan bond with Tina - who is still to this day one of Jillian's favorite people at day care
- Getting back in to the swing of things at work (I'll be managing 5 people when I return!)
- Working 5 shorter days, rather than having one day off during the week - this will allow me to pick the kids up earlier so we'll have more time in the evenings
We'll make it work, I know we will.

My goodness, that little boy is going to be such a (baby) chic magnet. Look at that "come hither" smile! And yes, you all will get into your work day routine and it will be ok. I'm so pleased you get to do your 5 short days. XO, Mom Sous
p.s. Molly, what is that blue stuff you're drinking in the side picture?
Best of luck to you, Molls. I know you'll make it work!
It was so great to meet baby Nathan today! He is super cute and has a great personality!
Mols, I feel your pain. I am still not quite o.k. with leaving Lucy everyday. I am counting the days until the summer when I get to have daily doses of her. Nathan is SO, SO cutae. I can not wait to meet him. I know you will make it all work, my friend. It will be great that you can get off earlier.
Love you, friend.
