Looking back

I cannot believe that Jillian was ever this little! I was looking back through pictures of her at Nathan's current age today - it all seems so long ago. She has grown so much over the past 2-1/2 years. My latest favorite Jillianism - "Thanks Mom" or "Thanks Dad" - said very matter of a factly whenever we do anything for her. What a polite girl - I hope this one sticks!

Nathan and I have been enjoying the nice (but cold!) weather over the past few days. We've walked down to the coffee shop twice - once with the Bjorn and once with the stroller. Unfortunately the coffee shop we walk to has the best pastries in town. They're hard to resist so the benefits of the walk have probably been negated by the fact that I've gotten a pastry both days! Oh well. At least we're getting out and about. Sounds like the weather is going to change tomorrow - just in time for the weekend - so I'm glad we've taken advantage of the sunny days.
