Yep, we did it. We bought a new house in Ballard! When we first started house-hunting Ballard was not our first choice. But as we saw more and more there we realized that we really liked the neighborhood feel and the location. We are SO excited!
A few of my favorite things:- 3 bedrooms
- 2300 square feet of living space (palatial compared to what we have now!)
- A finished basement for guests
- 2 bathrooms
- A nice, small yard and a deck too
- Walking distance to a great coffee shop, bakery, fish market and pizza place
- Walking distance to a community center (with big toy) and the elementary school
So much to love! We are putting our house on the market this week (I'm a little sad...) and will move to the new place in mid-April. When are YOU coming to visit? :)
